Heliconius erato
Very common in the garden at Cano Palma Biological Station - here, feeding off Rabo de Zorro
It is the other one, Heliconius melpomene rosina. You cannot separate it from Heliconius erato petiverana from only a dorsal view. You need the ventral side and here are the differences with the stripe and the spot. And they smell different ;-)...
