I found these dragonflies hatching on a beach in northern Ontario in May of 2009. I'm not sure what species they are so any help you could provide would be appreciated.
Northern Ontario boreal/hardwood mix forest.
Very excited to spot these guys...unfortunately was just learning how to use my digital SLR.
