A medium sized dorid nudibranch. Very variable phenotypically. This was is light tan with a darkening towards the middle. Their gills are white. The most striking features are the leopard-like dark brown spots on its back. It has a gritty texture like sandpaper from the minerals it ingests from the sponges it feeds on.
