Yeah, my mistake (sorry I'm out of practice in english writing).I'm pretty sure that it was a true spider because the body was clearly segmented unlike the opiliones.
Harvestman are definitely arachnids just not technically spiders. They have 8 legs and look like spiders.
Maybe it is the perspective, because te segmentation of the body was clear enough. Definitively it´s a spider (Araneae).
Looks like it might be a harvestman (not actually a spider) or what many call "daddy long legs" but without a different viewpoint, I cannot be sure. See the link on harvestman to help with your identification:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harvestman
