Banded Tree Snail

Orthalicus floridensis

Habitat:

Native species, endemic to South Florida and the Florida Keys on native and introduced trees.

Notes:

One of two seen at the park today for the first time. Both were quite large. Also seen today at this park was a small snail eating flatworm, but I don't know if it will snails this size.
