Acacia Leaf Beetle

Dicranosterna immaculata

Description:

A small leaf beetle ( about 12mm long) with glossy black pitted elytra with dark brown medial and lateral margins. The body was rounded like all paropsine beetles.

Habitat:

Black wattle (Acacia mearnsii) trees

Nice. I had to go to Howqua to find this beetle, although there were quite a few there.
