Indian Shag and Indian Cormorant are the same bird - Phalacrocorax fuscicollis.
Little Cormorant is Phalacrocorax niger.
Second pic is too small to be of help but I have copied the first into my program to try to analyse it, I think the length of the bill leans it towards the Indian Cormorant (Shag) but that is only my opinion.

Looks like it is on high speed much like my Great Crested Grebe was, but I am not good enough to identify it.
