Description:

This mammal looks like a giant pile of grey fluff is actually a koala. They have very long nails which are sharp and are excellent for climbing. They are small with human like hands. They also have small ears.

Habitat:

They love trees and will spend 18 hours up a tree sleeping. The rest of the time they are eating. They also like hot temperatures.

DID you really see this animal so close to Richmond in the wild? It would be very sad, as there would be no food for the poor Koala.

Hi Matt! I was asking because it is shown on the map at the extreme of the range for koalas distribution. Is your pin in the right location on the map?
