As LauraMaria pointed out, this is not really a chameleon (they don't occur in SE Asia) but an agamid lizard (Agamidae). The common names of Bronchocela jubata include maned forest lizard and green crested lizard.

Bronchocela jubata is the correct ID for this spotting :) But the English common name is the green crested lizard, rather than chameleon. It can change colours though, similar to a chameleon! Lovely spotting !
