Spotting

Description:

About 8 cm "long" this thing was hanging at the bottom of a branch. It was very close to the Golden Orb Spider that I showed you. It has some kind of different colour bands in it ( different colour earth??) It looks like clay/mud. I noticed it at the same time that I noticed that "my" Golden Orb Spider had "disapeared"

Habitat:

Phuket Thailand

Sorry it wasn't clear. I let you know that I moved your spotting from "other" (which refers to other "organisms") to the Arthropods category since it is a nest made by an insect (arthropod) species. Just for the community, a nest belongs in the same category as the animal that made that nest.

It looks like some kind of wasp's nest. Please consider putting it in the Animal Architecture mission at http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/8082...
