Phyllidia elegans
Also known as Fried Egg Nudibranch, Fried Egg Sea Slug and Warty Sea Slug. They feed on hydroids, coral, sponges and anemones. They grow to a length of about 8cm.
Found singly or in pairs on coral and rocky reefs amongst sand and rubble areas. They exist in depths of 2 to 30m, and are widespread in the Indo-Pacific region.
I photo'd this series at a dive site called Punk Rock, off the southeastern coast of Samal Island, Philippines.
