Phyllidiopsis striata
Also referred to as Phyllidiopsis xishaensis. Similar in appearance to P. annae and P. phiphiensis. (Please see the reference for differentiation.)
I spotted this nudibranch during a day dive at Punk Rock, Samal Island. It was about 70 feet in depth, if I remember correctly.
