Description:

This furry little sausage was moving like lightning, very long body for a shrew and has a short nose compared to most and a very short hairless tail.

Habitat:

Mixed woods of a city conservation area.

I would move like lightening too if I was walking around barefoot in the snow 😊 Actually I do when home. After 34 years of going barefoot in the Amazon, I have almost no feeling in my feet. But the cold doesn't look inviting at along. Kudos for being out in such temperatures taking pictures. Nice catch.
