Theridiidae, Phoroncidia tricuspidata
I thought this was a Micrathena spider, but in the pictures I saw Micrathenas have allways an even number of spikes, and this one has three...
bayucca, here you'll find info about this genus: https://archive.org/stream/cbarchive_106...
Hmm, is it a bad day for bayucca's suggestion?? Sergio, do you have any resource for Phoroncidia? I did not find any reasonable match nor information about the genus.
I thought this was a malformed Micrathena spider, but now I discovered that it is a quite rare Phoroncidia spider (most likely P. tricuspidata).
Well bayucca, that would be interesting (I mean, the malformation thing). I'll keep looking for more informations.
I nevertheless think it is a Micrathena sp., but I must admit asymmetrical spikes are not usual (as I have seen Micrathena). Why not a malformation? You can see there also some color irregularity.
