Immature birds have pale brown underparts. It has already got red eye-ring, pink feet and thick red bill. The Java sparrow is now evaluated as endangered.

Thank you Zlatan! I've only seen this species one time before a few years ago. I have a picture of an adult bird, but not yet able to find it again.
