Description:

The Common Moorhen is a common bird-Gruiformes Family Rallidae. Water Bird of the most common in several parts of Brazil, the Amazon rainforest is scarce and, surprisingly, is not very common in the Pantanal. Also known as cock-jacana (Northeast), busty (Rio de Janeiro) and Moorhen.

Habitat:

Present throughout Brazil and all over the globe, except Australia and New Zealand.
