White wading bird with a long black beak and an s-shaped neck. Its legs were long.
This white wading bird was found in the shallow water at the edge of MacRitchie Reservoir.
A black beak might indicate that this is a breeding bird. Here's one I spotted just recently, so the comparison might help. Non-breeding birds will have a yellow beak and facial skin. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/732...
