Yucca utahensis
This is a very striking Yucca with tall flowering stalks with purple-white bell-like flowers. The plant itself has a hairy appearance from all the white curling strands peeling from the sides of the leaves (last pictures). Family Asparagaceae.
Many of these were flowering from the lower regions of the West Rim Trail right to the summit of Angel's Landing, Zion National Park, Utah.
