Lace Bug

Description:

Small bug of about 3-4mm length. White colouration with translucent lateral extension of protonum and hemelytra, which feature the lace-like venation; protonum has a dark patch with three pale ridged lines, hemelytra also have darker markings.

Habitat:

Found in 'El Cimatario', a national park in semi-arid area just outside the city. The rainy season is now in full swing and many animals are venturing out.
