Don't know the specific species but appears to be a gopher snake of some kind, so the Pituophis genus.

I second the gopher snake ID. Looks like an aberrant Pituophis to me.

Best guess would be a Great Basin Gopher Snake, but I don't have my Western Herps guide with me.
