A real little loudmouth!
I found this little bird after tracking down it's extraordinarily melodious song. About 150mm long, tan to olive coloured on it's back, pale buff to white breast and belly, darker feathers were revealed at the neck when singing.

Hanging on to bull-rush stems in a wet area near a lake. Local nature reserve.

Notes:

This is a different species to the 'old world' warblers Acrocephalus stentorius
Order: Passeriformes
Superfamily: Sylvioidea
Family: Acrocephalidae
Genus: Acrocephalus
