Thanks Marta! Maybe it would be Clitocybe, but I'm thinking that it has different top surface. Pics above shows different, aren't it? May be I'm also wrong. :)
I am not much of an expert on mushrooms but it looks like a type of funnel mushroom. The species I propose above is most likely not the same but take a look into related species.
Thanks for the help :) But it looks like that species you've mentioned grow from wood, but this has ground as a substrate, off course with some woody debris and falling leaves. Is this case can cause fungi considered into different taxonomic group?
I'm not entirely sure if that is the correct species. However it looks somewhat like it.
