Hopefully they work out better than the black swallowtail I brought in last summer. I came back from a weekend away to find my cats racing all round the kitchen counters chasing the butterfly that had eclosed 3 days earlier than I expected!

I hope so! I have a polyphemus cocoon in a jar & an mantis ootheca ready to come indoors so hopefully I will get to watch some new life emerging soon!

Thanks, Karen! I'm sooo excited it's finally bug season again! I was really getting bored! Honey bees are a great sign! You should have lots of activity soon!

It's good to see you already have skippers in Georgia - hopefully they will be heading my way soon! I did see my first honey bee of the year today which is a good sign!
