Ahaetulla prasina
It's a tree snake with yellowish green color, but they have black and white line cross the body under treat. This species belong to Colubridae family. Low venomous, but no threat to humans. Second photo show the ventral part. I'm often found it at middle of the day.
Trees and often found in small shrubs, herbs, or grass.
