Description:

A. phoenicurus is a water bird in the family of Rallidae. It is found in south and south-east asia.

Habitat:

Farmland, mixed tropical forest.

Notes:

As this one found its way into my house I took the advantage to get some close photos of it, it was released just after the pictures was taken and the person involved was instructed to handle it with care while I took the photos.
