Buteo buteo
We saw this bird flying around between the large bird table and some bushes, then met someone carrying a Kestrel who invited us inside. They tried to tell us the name, in Spanish, it sounded like 4 syllables or more, but we could not work it out. The wings have been clipped and it has straps around the legs. It was being trained to follow commands. There was also a tame Griffon Vulture inside, picture elsewhere later.

Waw !! the second is spectacular !
Beautiful bird. Sad that he's captive! Sad that his wings are clipped!
Thanks Liam, that would be a Ratonero Común, or Buteo buteo to you.
It appears to be a Buteo (Buzzard). I would guess a dark morph Common Buzzard.
