White growth on dirt
Hillside in shade around animal burrows at Blue Sky Ecological Reserve.
Hi Alex, I just forgot to change it to fungi. I had originally thought this was a white mold due to the dirt like you mentioned. I also thought possibly it was mold from feces from the critter that was using the burrows. When I saw your spotting, it changed my mind to a fungi. Hmmm I guess I'm still uncertain.
by said it is a fungi, i want to ASK: how do you id it? As hole in category "others" or as fungi/mold at "fungi". could be intresting because he is on sand and not on wood/litter or another foodresource.
possibly, it seems to be an entrance, naturally or digged hole. with a fungi/mold which occupies the ceiling.
