Looks very similar to the mallee green comb spider orchid, doesn't seem to have the green comb though. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/863...

Corr! What a cracking little orchid. This would have been another Caladenia species and to some taxonomists probably still is. A lot of species were renamed in other genera such as Arachnorchis & I think this might well be one of those.
