Pool Frog

Pelophylax lessonae

There are hundreds of those little frogs around the ponds in my village but it is very hard to spot them. They jump backin the water, one after the other, way before you can even guess they're around. Fortunately, this one put an end to my misery and posed for me after 4 straight days of waiting around in vain. It was about 7 cm and very patient with me.
