cecidia or fungi
in the forest i thought it would be a fungus, after looking through all my books and 1h web,I started to look for galls. Because the previously posted silk-button-gall, i wanted to look into that direction: i found the red-pea-gall (some pictures at google image lead me that way, they looked the most similiar to my spotting, when they're red and young, some are a bit flat,BUT red), i really doubt! I have the feeling of fungi for this, but also some evidence for gall. Take a look at picture 6 , the 2 colored circles, the dark ball looks like a gall !!!
Galls or cecidia are outgrowths on the surface of lifeforms Plant galls are abnormal outgrowths[1] of plant tissues and can be caused by various parasites, from fungi and bacteria, to insects and mites. Plant galls are often highly organized structures and because of this the cause of the gall can often be determined without the actual agent being identified. This applies particularly to some insect and mite plant galls. In pathology, a gall is a raised sore on the skin, usually caused by chafing or rubbing
flat white pearl-like organism (gall or fungi), on different sorts of leaf litter and not just on the leaf-tissue,also at the stalk,
