This is not a Mantis but a Mantis Fly, from the family of Mantispidae.
They are also known as Mantid Lacewings and Mantispids. They have very beautiful eyes.
Great find!
As they are not Mantis, you should remove this Spotting from Marvelous Mantids Mission.
