Nemateleotris magnifica
Fire Dartfish - Nemateleotris magnifica has yellow hesd, white front body gradating to reddish brown rear body, dark brown tail; very long 1st dorsal fin.
Usually found in pairs, howering above burrows on patches of sand and rubble. Very shy, if spooked, they will burrow themselves into the sand/rubble instantly.

Yes, its much nicer to see them in the wild in their natural habitat.
Like in this Dartfishes, they really need the sandy/rubble bottom to 'dart' into to rest which I think is not possible in the aquarium.
Unfortunately, these Dartfish are a favorite species in aquarium stores in this area. I would rather see them in their natural habitat, just as you have photographed them, Albert.
