Most likely Tube Worm, family of Serpulidae. Under the same family is also the Christmas Tree Worms. Tube Worms can be differentiated from Feather Duster Worms (family of Sabellidae) with a specialized operculum that blocks the entrance when they withdrew into the tubes.
