Thanks to all of you! I have some research to do, and I'm grateful to have a starting place now! :)
Mocha seems to be on the money, not familiar with Allium sp. in your part of the world but A. neopolitanum might be worth checking out.
Looks more like an Allium sp. A succulent would have 5 petals rather than the 3 tepals and 3 petals shown in each individual flower here.
Some of my Succulents when in California used to give this sort of flower. It is hard to tell without the Plant picture.
