Chanterelle

Cantharellus Cibarius

Description:

Edible, delicious, gorgeous, lovely and just can't be mistaken to be something else.

Habitat:

They are quite common in northern parts of Europe and North America. But some years people (at least here in sweden) don't eat any other funghi so they can be quite hard to find. And someone who nows where to find them never gives up the exact location. They truly are the gold of the forest!
