The tail feathers and general shape are convincing of Northern Mockingbird. However, below the bars on the wings, their should be a white rather than blue patch. Not sure what trick of the light could have caused that... Perhaps just a very strange molt?

Perhaps a western scrub jay? This is an awful angle for trying to ID haha. Hard to tell colors since it's backlit as well, but it looks blue and gray to me?
