Buff striped keelback snake

Amphiesma stolatum


This snake is Called as "Pagel" in Tulu. It is a small, diurnal and slender snake with two yellow longitudinal stripes running through out the body (Which is clearly visible in the posterior region), tip of the tail is pointed. Behaviour: shy, non-offensive species.


Found in my garden.
