Cactus Coral

Mycetophyllia lamarckiana

Description:

Photo take a t -40 ft in a Caribbean reef this is a common brain shape. This species forms small round mounds, not plates, usually light brown or grey, more rarely green or brown, maximum colony diameter is about 30 cm.

Habitat:

Found on the coral reef from Florida all the Caribbean to Brazil.

That is correct Karen but is soft texture and it looks like a brain coral.
