Problem is, that details are obscured by blurryness, and the beetle apparently is a mimic of Lycidae.
Such "disguisers" often look pretty different from normal members of their family.
The head of your beetle is pretty long, which better fits Prionoceridae, or Oedemeridae, than Pyrochroidae. Remains a guess, unless someone KNOWS the species.
