Viburnum suspensum
Medium evergreen shrub (2-4 m) growing well in moist Subtropical climates. Flowers bloom in early Spring and produce a fragrant, although sometimes mildly unpleasant or overpowering scent. Frequently used as a hedge plant in gardens.
Native to Okinawa and other members of the Ryukyu Islands off the coast of Japan. Does well in light shade with ample moisture.
Very happy honeybee is taking a sip of nectar. Bees love these flowers, and tumble around clumsily with their abundance.
