As far as I read, it is. Yes. But I can´t say more about that.
So, it's edible? We have this plant in our house. Yet to bear fruit though.

Plant: Monstera deliciosa. That spanish name on the pic translates to Pineapple Banana (but the plant has nothing to do with either) The name comes from the look and apparently the taste of the fruit. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monstera...
