Ant Mimic Spider

Salticidae

Description:

Batesian mimicry at its best.. Found this beautiful spider on a Mango leaf. A very tiny spider, A perfect mimic of an Acrobat Ant..!!! If not for the black partially dissolved prey I would have ignored him for an Acrobat ant... :-)

Habitat:

A variety of habitats.
