White crustose thallus with tightly packed apothecia. Apothecia are white rimed with pale cream eye in the beginning, going through light orange to brown as they become more mature. They remain relatively small - none of the apothecia exceeded 2mm in diameter. My best guess is Lecanora allophana.
Found on a dead and decaying branch discarded next to a pathway going to a mixed forest (oak, beech, spruce and fir) on slopes of Jura mountain range, close to a larger settlement in Geneva lake valley.
