Common treefrog

Polypedates Teraiensis

Description:

This frog has 4 toes on his front feet and 5 on his back feet. The females tend to be bigger and fatter than the males. This ( i think ) is a male. They seem to adapt their colors slightly to the surface they are on. They sleep in the same place every night.

Habitat:

Our window, of the house, in between the rubber trees and banana trees, on Phuket, in Thailand.

Notes:

This boy was "stuck" ( it could have been intentional ) between two sliding windows of our house. We slowly encouraged it to squeeze his body through the gap in between them. A bit later he was gone. It was nighttime so if he is back again today, we know he does it intentionally.
