It is a female Magnificent. Minor female has grayish throat, not black like yours. Male of both a completely black, juveniles of both have whitish/creamy heads. And Fregata minor is only abundant on Cocos I. and very rare or accidentally found at other pacific coasts. Magnificens is a common seabird of the Golfo de Nicoya
