Drosera capillaris
Red carnivorous plant about the size of the width of a dollar bill. They are small and the lobes secrete a liquid like dew along its spikes that stick out to entice insects before they succumb, get trapped and digested.
Spread throughout a field of mowed marshy damp grass between a pond and forest tree line. The soil was rich and soggy. I could see the tractor marks from mowing.
