This is actually at the bottom of my driveway! What a thing to find my first weekend there. I'm not sure how it died, but apparently the conservation officer got a call from someone just saying that they killed a wolf and its location.
It was laying next to the road, but didn't look severely injured. It's a mystery but thrilling to see so close.
Any idea how it died?
