Yeah, I think Blogie is along the right lines, I would have said sand goby too. The mark on the tail makes me think of something like a blotched sand goby (http://www.fishbase.us/summary/Fusigobiu...), but it's hard to tell from this pic. Gobies are cute fish :)
A prawn-goby or a sandgoby, I think. If only the picture was clearer...
