This is a blue/green dragonfly I spotted while taking photos at a local stormwater facility, next to some geese, which aren't in the photo.
I found it in a stormwater facility, near some murky water.

In case you already know the name of the species you have photographed...go right ahead and fill in the boxes. Since we like to "see" the creature nice and close, may I suggest you crop it a little...especially if someone else is to ID it for you.
