Description:

I spent 5 minutes checking the neighbour's daisy bush this afternoon and found these tiny patterned beetles about 3mm long. One of dozens of the same species on these flowers.

Habitat:

In a suburban back yard.

Notes:

The larvae of this beetle is a common household pest and an introduced species to Australia..
